The other cookbook we like is The Primal Blueprint Cookbook by blogger Mark Sisson. This cookbook includes even more scrumptious caveman diet recipes like Roasted Leg of Lamb with Herbs and Garlic, Tomatoes Stuffed with Ground Bison and Eggs, Salmon Chowder with Coconut Milk, and Baked Chocolate Custard.
If you’ve checked out Mark’s Daily Apple, you already know that Mark Sisson is a smart writer with a thorough understanding of the paleo lifestyle. Like The Paleo Recipe book, this one’s got a lot of photographs—so if you’re a visual person, you’ll find plenty of dishes here to tempt you!
You won’t find any bland cuisine in either of these books! Some of them require rather sophisticated ingredients, but you should have no problem locating most of them at a typical metropolitan grocery mart. If you have picky kids, no problems there either; paleo recipes are great for kids and adults.
